Realise, acting in conjunction with a private investor, has exchanged contracts within 5 working days from receipt of papers to purchase two residential development sites in Poole from Barratt. The sites have planning consent for 9 houses and 14 apartments respectively. Both sites were purchased at very substantially discounted prices and will be held for the medium term with the possibility that planning on one of the sites will be varied to facilitate healthcare use.
